How to Request Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from our systems. To submit a data deletion request:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- Specify whether you want complete account deletion or deletion of specific data
What We Delete
Upon receiving your request, we will delete:
- Your account information (name, email, profile data)
- Property details and assessment data you provided
- Saved preferences and settings
- Communication history
What We May Retain
We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records required for tax or legal compliance
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
- Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Third-Party Data
If you connected your account via a third-party service (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google), deleting your data from DuloCore does not delete your data from those services. To manage your data on those platforms, visit their respective privacy settings.
